We never use any animal products including dairy and eggs. We use no wheat or soy in any of our products, and our products are fresh and free from additives or preservatives.


Sharon’s love for baking started as a child. She looked for any event or any opportunity that she could to bake something. Later, her father was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. That is when she turned her attention to gluten-free baking. The only products available at that time were not so appealing. Sharon worked to create items that were gluten-free and tasted good.
